Online counselling offers a flexible and accessible way to receive support from the comfort of your own space. Whether you’re at home, traveling, or simply prefer virtual connection, online sessions allow us to meet where you are—both physically and emotionally.

Wellness is about creating awareness and discovering what works best for you. I believe you are the expert of your own life and already hold the capacity for meaningful change. Together, we work collaboratively to explore challenges, build insight, and support you in reconnecting with your inner strengths.

Our sessions are confidential, supportive, and client-centred. You can expect a compassionate space where we move at your pace, explore coping strategies, and gently work toward deeper, lasting shifts. Online counselling can be especially helpful for maintaining consistency, reducing barriers to care, and supporting you through life’s transitions.

Wellness is a journey of awareness, commitment, and self-discovery. I believe you are the expert of your own life and have the ability to create meaningful change. My role is to walk alongside you—offering support, insight, and tools as you reconnect with your inner resilience and values.

At Lokahi Wellness Collective, I understand that reaching out for counselling can feel overwhelming. I strive to meet clients where they are, offering a collaborative and compassionate approach that honours your unique experiences. Our work together is confidential and tailored to your needs, with space to learn coping strategies, gain new perspectives, and move toward deeper, sustainable change.

From a young age, I have been drawn to people and their life stories. I wanted to know more about them to learn how their past and present experiences have shaped their lives so far. This passion for psychology, alongside my desire to learn and understand more about my own journey, has led me to this career which I am so grateful for.

With over 10 years’ experience working in the human services field supporting people of all ages and abilities, my professional experience includes working in child development, disability services, vocational rehabilitation and employment services, mental health and substance use, as well as community outreach programs. My education and experience provide me with a unique understanding of the relationship between individuals and their environment, and how stress can impact one’s physical and mental well-being.

My clinical specialties include anxiety, depression, relationships and trauma as well as boundaries and communication and personal growth. I work from a client-centered, strengths-based approach utilizing various counselling frameworks, including Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy and motivational interviewing. My goal is to help people recognize the patterns that have kept them stuck, while creating stronger boundaries and healthier relationships with themselves and others.
